Best Practices
For healthy animals, the recommended washing interval is once every 2-4 weeks. However, you may feel free to wash as often as you like, because the probiotic kefir supports the skin’s natural biome and doesn’t disrupt it. For animals with chronic skin issues, it is best to bathe the animal once every 3 days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. You are fine switching to a monthly or bi-monthly routine once the skin has normalized.

I used the Happy Puppy Grooming Essentials Probiotic Shampoo and conditioner for the first time a few days ago! I am flabbergasted by how well the product worked! Not having to use a shampoo and a separate conditioner was fabulous, but how well it worked and how it left Ginnee’s fur so soft and smelling so good, was a reason why I will purchase this shampoo/conditioner from Skout’s Honor for a long, long time. Her fur, several days later, is still soft and fragrant! This product makes me want to try many more of their products!

We are so please with this shampoo/conditioner for our puppy golden retriever! Not only does it leave him super soft and smelling good, it hasn't made him dry or itchy at all. We have to bathe him at least once a week with mud season and everything he gets himself into and I am pleasantly surprised he hasn't been itchy due to dry skin. Would highly recommend this!
