Our issues are with the bottle/sprayer attachment and the sprayer top itself, not the S&O Remover solution.
1. The sprayer top does not stay tight and comes loose. If one doesn't catch that it has come loose, you will lose some or all of the solution, as we did. 1/4-1/3 of a new bottle wound up all over the kitchen floor as we cleaned a kitchen rug.
2. The sprayer top clogs frequently even after shaking the solution before each use. We have cleaned the sprayer top with warm to hot soapy water, but that only results in a good spray pattern for a use or two.

It sounds like the bottles that you purchased may have been some of those. Although the issue has been resolved, it may take some time to reflect changes on the shelf depending on how inventory is filtered through. We are unable to find you in our system. Was this purchased from a retailer? If you live within the United States, we'd be happy to send a bottle directly from our warehouse that should not have any issues. What is your shipping address?
