Shipping policy

Delivery times are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM PST, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii typically take longer for transit time. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.

Skout's Honor will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.

 

Shipping Policy

• Shipping is limited to the continental United States and Canada. The good news (!) – products are available on Amazon and Chewy.com.
• Order processing time is 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery times vary based on location, but are usually completed within 4-6 business days. (Some delays may occur due to COVID-19.)
• An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped, including a shipment tracking number.
