*Standard Shipping is FREE on orders totaling $75.00 or more AFTER any discounts or promos are applied. Tax (if applicable) and shipping does not count toward the total price for free shipping to qualify.
Delivery times are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM PST, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
Skout's Honor will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.
- Shipping is limited to the continental United States. The good news (!) – products are available on Amazon and Chewy.com.
- Order processing time is 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery times vary based on location, but are usually completed within 4-6 business days. (Some delays may occur due to COVID-19.)
- Priority delivery times vary based on location, but are usually completed within 2-4 business days. (Some delays may occur due to COVID-19.)
- For UPS 2-Day shipping, order must be placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday in order for it to be delivered within the 2 business days.
- An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped, including a shipment tracking number.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be exchanged/credited within 30 days of purchase.
- Please note: Order changes or cancellations are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.
