Products Purchased from the Skout's Honor Website:
Items may be refunded (minus the shipping fee) or replaced within 60 days of purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. No need to send the item back, we ask that you donate the item to your local animal rescue or shelter. Products Purchased From a US Retail Partner:
If a Skout's Honor product was purchased from one of our US retail partners, the retailer will assist you with a refund, exchange, or store credit. To process a return, our retail partners will need proof of purchase along with the original item. Please contact the retailer for further details about their unique return and exchange policy. Skout’s Honor does not issue refunds but we are happy to issue a replacement product if you’re located within the United States, on a case-by-case basis.
