We use the pet balm on Chase's paws when we know he’s going to get wet, and after, to keep his paws hydrated and soft! He likes to jump so it’s important his paws are soft so they don’t scratch us!Was this helpful?Pet DogPet's Coat Type Long

Some of my babies paws get rough from time to time. All I need is a little bit of this balm on their pads and it rejuvenates them instantly! I like to put it on their pads a couple times a week to keep them at their best! Was this helpful?Pet DogPet's Coat Type Short

My lab gets dry and sometimes cracked paws, especially in the summer. I use this on them and it does help! The only thing I’d change is for it to not be so hard to get out. Other than that, it’s great and smells good too!Was this helpful?Pet DogPet's Coat Type ShortPet's Skin Type Sensitive

My dog has more than a dry nose, it seems to be some kind of infection or other issue. We have tried many creams and they do moisturize. However, the magic sauce in Skout’s seems to actually heal my dog’s dry, cracked nose. So why 4 stars instead of 5? It is so hard to apply because it is nearly solid. I have to scrape a chunk on to my fingers and warm it up in my hands. From there, I can maybe get 5% of what is now glued to my fingers on to his nose. I think the fact that it stays on so well is indeed a bonus, I just wish it was easier to apply. I can definitely tell that my dog is uncomfortable as I try to apply it. If they could just make it a tad softer, it would be 5 stars for me.Was this helpful?Pet DogPet's Coat Type MediumPet's Skin Type Dry, Yeasty, SensitiveFragranceRated 3.0 on a scale of 1 to 5SHSkout's Honor2 months ago
Thanks for your feedback! The consistency is harder to ensure that the balm doesn't melt during transit. To help with the application process, we recommend first breaking the surface of the balm by applying pressure with your thumbs. Once you break the surface, rub a small amount between your fingers and then apply to the desired area. An updated formula will be released later this year. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
