Q: How long have you been a groomer? A: 23.5 years Q: What’s your favorite grooming event you’ve done? Why? A: The World Grooming competition in Belgium. It was a life-long dream to represent the USA there. The team won gold collectively and I won a silver in the individual event. Q: What’s the best advice you can give to a new groomer? A: Take care of your body! Q: What is your favorite weekend cocktail? A: Vodka Red Bull! Q: What is a tool you can’t live without? A: Thinning shears Q: Do you groom cats? Why/why not? A: No. The last new cat I took shredded my pinky finger and I was just done after that. Q: If you could use any fragrance what would it be? A: Vanilla. Q: Do you ever get attached to the animals you groom? A: Absolutely. Q: Have you ever groomed any exotic animals? A: Does a horse count? Otherwise a bunny, lol.
