I love this laundry booster! Even with double rinsing my pets blankets before they would still have an unclean smell. I've used the laundry booster twice now, once after my older dog had an accident on his blanket, and no unpleasant smells! Just a clean fresh scent. Great product!!
Well to be honest with you, I really did not see an improvement. How many times do I need to bath her with the shampoo and cond before it works? And how much should I use a cap full or less or more? Maybe I am not doing it right. Could you please help me with this matter. My Maltese she still keeps itching and starching her skin... Hi Ella, I’m sorry you haven't seen any results yet. Although many of our customers see instant results, sometimes it will take some pets 2-4 weeks of consistent use for the skin to restore. Here are some simple tips to help achieve the best possible results for your pup! For healthy animals, the recommended washing interval is once every 2-4 weeks. However, you may feel free to wash as often as you like, because the probiotic kefir supports the skin’s natural biome and doesn’t disrupt it. For animals with chronic skin issues, it is best to bathe the animal once every 3 days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. We highly recommend using a daily-use product, like Daily-use Probiotic Deodorizer or Daily-use Probiotic Detangler. The daily-use products will provide a much needed boost of probiotic to those trouble spots. You are fine switching to a monthly or bi-monthly routine once the skin has normalized. Hope that helps and let me know if you are still not seeing results in a week or two! We are here to help! Thank you, Elyse, Skout's Honor
