Are your cleaners safe to use around pets and family?

Can Bio-Kore® be used on all surfaces?
Bio-Kore® works beautifully on most water-safe surfaces. It is not recommended for wool, silk, chrome, or unsealed hardwood, where it may cause damage.
Why do some stains on porous surfaces require multiple applications?
Deep or highly absorbent surfaces hold onto messes below the visible layer. Multiple treatments or added water may be needed so the solution can reach the full depth of the stain.
Does Molecular Deodorizer contain bleach?
No. Any “chemical smell” is the mineral complex reacting with odor molecules and will dissipate as the product dries.
Can these products remove skunk odor?
Yes. Severe skunk sprays may require multiple applications. Use room temperature or cool water when rinsing to avoid opening the hair follicle.
Do these products expire?
Bio-Kore® and Molecular Deodorizer do not expire or denature over time. They remain stable in hot and cold conditions.
