Skout’s Honor sent this shampoo to me to try for free, and my honest review is: it works and it smells way better than any flea stuff I’ve used before. Got a good lather, rinses clean, and no itchies after. Bonus: didn’t leave the pup smelling like a citronella candle. 🛁🦟

This was a great shampoo to use after my pup Randy and I, and he was covered with ticks. I'm in Northern California and the ticks have been horrible this spring of 2025. We've been on some nature walks and ended up with ticks a few times coming home. So after the last walk we went on I could see the ticks clinging to him several times along the walk. I pulled off as many as I could on the walk, but there were some I couldn't get to. So we headed to the local pet store and picked up a bottle and headed straight home for a bath. I'm not sure if the shampoo killed the clingers on contact, but they did make it easier to pull off and kill. Thanks for making a great product.

I just went on a mission to find anything decent to make my dog stop her scratching!! I don't know what all is the cause but I've tried everything. Expensive allergy pills, the fancy $$$ flea collar . Even though no visible fleas on the dog she has started also smelling bad lately. I got this product and also the lavender scented probiotic spray. She is currently laying beside my chair after her bath..seems the best rest she has had in awhile. I will thank your shampoo for this and plan to use regularly during the summer to repel mosquito. I like the peppermint smell and I just hope this will keep her scratching a non issue.
