Instructions: Saturate soiled area and 1-2" perimeter with product. For carpets and upholstery, make sure to saturate backing and padding. Wait 5 minutes, then remove excess moisture with a colorfast cloth or paper towels. A second application may be necessary for dried or stubborn stains.

Can I use this on hardwood floors?
The Stain & Odor Remover is safe to use on hardwood flooring that is sealed with a water-safe sealant. To ensure compatibility, it’s always a good idea to test the product for colorfastness on a small, inconspicuous area first. Not recommended for untreated hardwood, silk, wool, leather, or other natural unsealed surfaces.
Can I use the Stain & Odor Remover in my carpet cleaning machine?
While the Stain & Odor Remover can be used in a carpet machine, increased sudsing may occur. Dilute according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We recommend doing a thorough pass through with only water after in order to extract any remaining cleaner from the carpet.
Is the Stain & Odor Remover an enzymatic cleaner?
No, our Stain & Odor Remover is not an enzymatic cleaner. Instead, the formula consists of a surfactant Bio-Kore® technology and a molecular deodorizer that work together to effectively break down and lift away stains, while eliminating odors at the source. It works quickly, doesn’t require pretreatment, won’t expire, and isn’t affected by temperature.
