Our Stain & Odor products are plant-powered and safe around pets when used as directed. They are professional strength, so we do provide a precaution on the label and recommend applying in a well-ventilated area.

While the Severe Mess Stain & Odor can be used in a carpet machine, increased sudsing may occur. Dilute according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We recommend doing a thorough pass through with only water after in order to extract any remaining cleaner from the carpet.

No, our Severe Mess Stain & Odor is not an enzymatic cleaner. Instead, the formula consists of a surfactant Bio-Kore® technology and a molecular deodorizer that work together to effectively break down and lift away stains, while eliminating odors at the source. It works quickly, doesn’t require pretreatment, won’t expire, and isn’t affected by temperature.

Our Stain & Odor products are labeled for specific types of pet messes but can be used interchangeably. While our Stain & Odor products are professional strength, the Cat Severe Mess Stain & Odor Advanced Formula is our strongest cat Stain & Odor product, making it a great option for the toughest, most stubborn stains and odors.

Our Stain & Odor products, including the Cat Severe Mess Stain & Odor, are designed to effectively remove pet messes, but they are not formulated to disinfect surfaces.
