I tried the Probiotic shampoo in Dog of the Woods on our sweet 11 year old golden retriever girl and we are BLOWN AWAY. Never have I ever been compelled to write a review about dog shampoo but this is next level.
First of all, she smells amazing. Usually dog shampoo leaves her smelling like perfumed wet dog. Our incredibly honest eight year old daughter said that her dog-sister smells 'so beautiful ', which is an absolute fact.
Second, her coat has never been so soft. It's like snuggling a sweet-smelling bundle of cashmere. WHERE HAS THIS SHAMPOO BEEN ALL OF OUR LIVES???!
Needless to say, we're devoted Skout's Honor fans and can't wait to add to her toiletry arsenal.

I used as directed (put directly onto skunk oils, no other products used first) and it did not work at all— I used the entire bottle and got zero results. I scrubbed and rinsed my dog down 5 times with this liquid. before finally having no choice but to attempt to shampoo for relief. It didn't even work temporarily. I can't stand to be in the same room as my dog. He smells so awful it gives me a headache. This was just false hope so to anybody that reads this, it probably won't work if your dog has taken a direct hit. I wasn't paid for this review. I spent like $15 for a bottle after an hour of research and it just wasn't it.

Multiple treatments may be needed depending on the severity of the spray and the size of your dog. If your dog was sprayed directly in the face, we recommend applying this to a washcloth before massaging it into the desired area (being careful to avoid the eyes).
