I used this solution in my spot cleaner after one of my cats urinated in the couch a few times due to a urinary tract infection. The cats do keep going to the cleaned spot to smell. I’m hoping they’re not still smelling urine, but rather the cleaning solution. So far, no one has gone on that spot though. So I’m hopeful. I do like that there is no heavy fragrance.

Works extremely well! Cleans carpets in addition to removing any pet stains and pet smells left in the carpet. I really love the stuff! I will continue to buy this product.
Works pretty well on cat messes. I use it in my small spot cleaner and my rug cleaning machine. Removes cat urine odors.

This worked very well! I had to do it 2x but almost 3 weeks later and the smell of dog urine is gone! Will definitely use again.
Waited for this to come in as we are having peeing issues with one of our cats and the spays work amazingly well, but this did not. Couch smelled just like it did before, had to go back with the sprays to kill the smell, wasted my time cleaning the carpet with the machine.

I am so sorry to hear you were unhappy with the results! If you are dealing with older, more stubborn stains we recommend spot treating specific areas first with our Stain & Odor Severe Mess Advanced Formula. Customers have also found success when treating the entire carpet with only water in the machine first, then following up with the solution and water mixture. This excess water helps the solution soak further into the affected area. Keep in mind that the entire water and solution mix must be extracted with the carpet machine in order to completely remove the odor and stains!
